How To Create Leaders Around You

Talk about people in a way that changes the way they see themselves.

Language creates.

The sooner you adopt this as a core belief, the sooner you will be able to begin creating the people you love and lead.

Speak to people using powerful and useful language: "Tim, you are a great leader. You have a real gift for connecting with people in an incredible way. They want to listen to you and be with you. It really makes a difference."

When people hear us speak to them this way, they begin to look for and find evidence that these things are true. It fundamentally shifts the way they see themselves. Remember, they are likely listening to a lot competing voices that are much more limiting.

Speak to others about people this way: "Oh, yes, Tim is great. We are very fortunate to have him. He really cares and has a heart of gold. Keep learning from him and he will help you grow"

Hopefully Tim catches you. And if not, it is creating something in the other person. Now they are looking for and finding evidence that Tim is these things that are being said.

You might be thinking this is too simple. Give it a try. For one week, choose someone that you want to create more powerfully and intentionally create them with language. Every day speak it into them.

Today is the day.

You got this!
